The Thakuri Samaj UK is established in 2004 to promote the culture, language, heritage, social norms and values; and to preserve the history and traditions of one of the ethnic groups of Nepal – Thakuri.

Thakuri Samaj UK emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
